We strive to ensure product quality and similarity, but due to the nature of handmade items, minor variations are difficult to avoid. Thank you for your understanding and support of our products. Non-Quality Issues
Due to the nature of handmade products, each item may have slight variations and individual handicraft flaws. Therefore, we are temporarily unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (such as size discrepancies, color variations, or individual handicraft flaws).
Before making a purchase, please carefully review the product images, descriptions, and size guidelines to ensure that your expectations align with the actual product.

Damages and issues
Our handmade press-on nails are carefully crafted by professional nail technicians and undergo strict quality inspections to ensure product quality and durability. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
